At the first visit there will be a consultation as well as the first treatment which can take over two hours. 
A detailed case history will be taken to ascertain any contra-indications to future treatments.

Iridology
I like to look at the irises in the eyes to establish any health indications there.  The texture, lines, marks and colour of your irises give away secrets about your health and inherent health weaknesses. 
For example if a person showed an inherent weakness in the lung area it would be extremely foolish to smoke.

Nutritional advice
Lifestyle and diet advice  will be given with suggestions of a food or herb supplement programme if necessary.  "We are what we eat" this is so true with so much rubbish being sold in Supermarkets as food.  However, we are all different and 'one man's food is another man's poison'. 
I may carry out a brief food intolerance test, taking into account your blood type if known.
It may be necessary for you to fill in a Blackmore's Celloid(R) Mineral analysis questionnaire for me to ascertain if there is a mineral deficiency.  I am one of the very few qualified Blackmore's Mineral practitioners.  
As well as Blackmore's supplements I am able to use Lambert's and Bioforce's supplements if your diet is lacking in any specific nutrients.  These are all reputable companies and are extremely good value for money.

A personal Bach flower remedy may be given to help with any emotional problems. The remedy is to be used at home four times a day over 2 to 3 weeks.

If a  Reflexology treatment is the chosen treatment it will also help gain an insight to any imbalances within the body.   However, a relaxing, therapeutic Aromatherapy massage or a Reiki healing treatment can also follow the consultation.
