At a two hour consultation I take a full case history to establish any previous health issues which may be still affecting you now.  I will also look into your eyes to establish any health indications there.  The texture, lines, marks and colour of your irises give away secrets about your health and inherent health weaknesses.  This is called Iridology. 
(For example if a person showed a possible inherent weakness in the lung area it could be foolish to smoke).
We will discuss diet and lifestyle and test for possible food intolerances taking your blood group, if known, into account. We are what we eat but one man's food is another man's poison!
Are there emotional problems?  I may mix a Bach Flower remedy to suit you which may help you cope better with life's ups and downs.
I may advise on supplements, I recommend professional companies like Biocare, Lamberts.  A half hour reflexology Reflexology treatment after the consultation  may give us more insights to any imbalances within the body.  

If an in-depth consultation is not requested at the first visit I will need to take a case history to determine if there are any contra-indications to treatments this will take approximately 45 minutes before the treatment begins,  we can discuss any health, diet and lifestyle issues during our time together.
